Court Ordered Social Networking Sites to remove "anti-social and anti-religious" content from their websites

       Court has given ultimatum to 22 social networking sites ( SNS ) to remove anti-religion and anti-social content or images from their websites till february 6,2012.
             anti-religion content or image means which hurts sentiment of other religion's people.so after this move you can not condemn other people or religion on SNS so easily.and these social networking sites has to provide a solution that either anti social content can't be written or can be removed form the site.

     

      Now these sites owner have to think whether which image is anti-social or not. an image can tell everything or nothing depending upon how much you thing or don't think.so this seems to be a tough task for these sites.

Value of Bharat Ratna award is getting Decreased

              I am writing this post after seeing many recommendations for Bhart ratna award,and now govt has changed rule and made sports player elligible to receive Bharat Ratna award.as soon as govt included this category,home ministry received so many requests from different fields of sports for bharat ratna
1.sachin tendulkar
2.Major Dhyanchand
3.Abhinav Bindra
4.Vishwanathan Anand
5.Saina nehwal
6.paes and Bhupati

            If people are requesting like this and if they are granted then one day Bharat Ratna award would have lost it's value and then receipent would not feel any proud after bagging this prestigous award.
Today home ministry have included sports next time it may include other category and if it goes on adding new categories in the list of Bharat Ratna in which it goes.and in this way it may lose its pride that it has got.

Indian colleges are loosing their orientation

Indian B-schools and Engineering colleges are not imparting to the students what is required to them but they are trying to get placement figures up.By keeping in mind today's scenario that how the world is suffering from different problems like technical,india loosing market reputation and slowdown,these colleges should impart knowlege oriented,problem oriented study instead of placement hence these students can solve these problems before they happens.
                                                                When we see slowdown like in Europe,USA can't we provide them better solution to beat these problem and hence creating a good image in from of them.
                         

Foreign Retail Investors are in Indian Retail market

Govt in parliament decided to allow 100% foreign direct investment(FDI) in single brand retail and 51% FDI in multibrand retail.

study tells that it will bring 1 million direct jobs and 6 millions indirect jobs.these retial investors will open their stores in the cities with population above 1 million hence 51 cities have qualified for this.and out of these 51 cities 23 cities are opposing these FDI in multi brand and single brand retails.
                                                  


Now the question is that what will happen to kirana shopkeepers and domestic traders.whether they will also get advantage of this FDI or they will be hurted.but sure this FDI will increase competition in retail market and hence customer will get quality products and better services otherwise these investors will not be able to survive in the market.

Govt is trying to ban smoking scene being shown in movies...............

   
Kaitrina kaif is smoking in
Mere brother ki dulhan movie.
although it is her character in the movie but still it should not be shown in the movies that promotes people towards doing smoking...when the same actress is doing some ads of some product then people will buy that product as it is  advertised by their favorite heroine..so why not they can start doing smoking....until and  unless people are aware of causes of smoking.....
                    So govt is trying to ban this kind of scene being shown in the movie.
but may be it is the need of script.even then also they should change their script
hence it can't promote people towards wrong doing.
we have many more movies in which this kind of scene were shown like guzarish,devdaas etc.instead of showing it like this,they should show it in such a way that people don't get promoted towards it.
                          

Durban meeting for setting enviornmental goals

Different countries from the world will participate in this meeting for curbing pollution.and these country will sign for kyoto protocol agreement since it is going to end by 2012.but US the developed country which is not under kyoto protocol is hardly going to sign.


                                      In this meeting they should increase carbon credit that's why countries can be promoted towards not emitting much carbon.

ADDICTION OF FACEBOOK.....

            every thing has two sides,just like a coin.now a days you can see that the young generation is so addicted of facebook that they can pass their hours of hours....even i have seen many people doing chat on facebook for whole night....whatever it is wasting of time or entertainment...but it's too much so if the young generation can convert this whole chatting on facebook into a discussion....(though it's there but very less) ,idea sharing,logical thinking etc than it will be very fruitful.
at the end i am not opposing that people should not do chatting, but it should have some limit.for example they keep fb logged in and when they are doing some office work or any work that require some attention it disturbs..as and when they get some message although there are some options to set your profile like busy,don't disturb....but still if some message comes in your account you can't avoid it from reading.

MESSAGE FOR DIWALI

my hearty requests to  my dear and near....

1.  keep your self away from crackers and don't allow children to burn crackers it can cause an accident (थोड़ी देर का मजा फिर जिन्दगी भर की सजा ).

2. burning the crackers increases noise pollution,air pollution so
3. just think about the people who are suffering of asthma...they never hope for the diwali to be celebrated as burning crackers (aawaj wali diwali).
4. you can celebrate by distributing sweets,wearing new new clothes ,i mean to say is that don't do the things that is harmful for others...
5.just think if every 10th person in our country don't burn crackers then calculate for our 1 billion population(apprx.) what u can save..
   a.first of all lots of paper can be saved.. i.e. saving the enviornment
 
   b.noise and air pollution gets reduces with a large factor with compare   to what it could have been these days (around diwali)
 
  c.money saved from these crackers can be used for your other work or enjoyment(celebrate diwali with sweets,buy other things on this occasion).
   
  

Resource wastage in Education System

Indian education system is such that we are not utilising resources  proprely
for example due to privatization govt. is investing money in govt. colleges,schools  and thus students studying in these colleges and schools are not paying attention in the class itself and consequently they need to have private coaching or tutors.

           More over if i consider the case that govt  is providing scholarship to the children of the family  having bad economic conditions. but are they using this scholarship for their education  improvement??? no. most of the students  are using this scholarship for their needs and other things needed in house. so rather than giving scholarship to those children , government should provide study material,copy,traveling facilities.

           If i  take the case of level of education given to the students is not upto the level that is needed. i mean they are not given the actual education needed in industry,organisation etc.. so they need to have seperate training for the same.
   

How can we save enviornment

All human being are leaving some carbon footprint on this earth and it is increasing very drastically.it may lead to increase in temperature to 2 degree
Celsius by 2050.and its result will be very disastrous to all us. so commit from now onward that i will be contributing to save the environment.you can save it via the following ways.........

1.for short distance ( i.e. 1 or 2 km.) traveling do not use personal vehicle. you can use public transport or can walk for this much distance.

2.use envelope received with greetings,admit cards and other posted documents etc........

3.do not take unnecessary receipts from ATM machine and use internet banking,e-ticket reservation.

4.At traffic signal put off your bike or car if there is wait of 30 seconds or more.

5.use ventilation in offices,house that can save electricity used in day time.
