IPL PROS AND CONS-

IPL(indian premier league) is high profile event organized by BCCI in which billions of money is invested.

PROS-

1>It produces new talents and gives opportunities to young players who can not get chance in squad of 15 for ODI/Test.and new leaders like captains, vice captains, coaches are produced.

2>It is a good practice to score runs with high strike rate which is rarely seen in ODI and TEST matches ,which can be employed in these formats also as and when required.

3>Many domestic players come into contact with international players and learn new tips.

CONS-

1>IPL schedule becomes very busy and players don't get rest and hence minor injuries can convert into major injuries.

2>Due to lack of monitoring it gives raise to corruption, spot fixing.

3>Each IPL teams consists 6 indian players and 5 foreign players and hence whole indian team engaged in IPL(national event). and indian team can not play international matches (ODI and TEST) but other cricket teams play their ODI and TEST matches.and hence they improve their ICC ranking in ODI and TEST matches but indian team is not.
IPL takes almost 2 months so in this time period indian team is not playing either of the matches ODI or TEST.

4>Batsmen become habitual of playing फटाफट क्रिकेट (T-20) and when they need to stay on crease(like in test and odi matches) it becomes difficult to them

5>Test matches are no more popular, they are played only just to save it and hence test is eaten out by T-20.Test crowd is being shifted to T-20 matches.

E-Governance

E-Governance refers to the utilization of information communication technologies (ICT) for delivering Government  informations  and services to the citizens. The most obvious benefit of e-govt is to improve efficiency of govt organization moving away from having paper based system to electronic system reduces manpower requirement  significantly.
Apart from efficiency ,we can avoid autocracy, corruption prevailed in the system.services which take lot of time (may be in month or years) to deploy ,can be easily deployed using the concept of e-govt.
More over it provides easy access  of information and services from anywhere in the world.we need not to go to the relevant organization which provides these services or information.and hence it reduces cost significantly.

Challenges :

1.winning the trust of people who are using these services
2.According to census-2011 90.6% of Indian population does not own computers or laptops.
And 94.9% rural population 81.3% urban population does not own computers or laptops.
3.so somehow we need to avail these  e-govt resources to rural population because majority of population lives in rural area by considering only urban area we can not have maximum utilization of these resources.~

A story of drowning man.......

we often say that god does not help me and we blame our fate. But he helps you in one or the other form which we can not identify.here is a very short story....
Once upon a time a man was drowning and one boat came and told him to get into boat but the man denied that my god will come and will save me.after some time second boat came and told him to get into boat but man again denied and replied the same.
when he(man) drowned,he went to god and asked him why didn't you come to save me god replied that i sent you two boat.......
So whatever helps come to you is sent by god.he himself can not come but sure he comes in some form.

What is carbon credit policy.....

Carbon credit came into picture to reduce GHG emission and hence saving environment from increasing global warming.CERs (certified emission reduction) is given to the organizations, industries based on carbon emission reduction.and this can be sold to other organization which has larger carbon emission more than their limit.hence it promotes towards reduction in carbon emission and allow the organizations to find green technology.
but it has the main disadvantage is that as CERs can be purchased from other organizations so the organization which is emitting more carbon than it's limit would not try to find green technology instead they will try to purchase CERs.

Should we have "NO VOTE OPTION" in voting machine

Electronic Voting Machine(EVM) should have "no vote" option also hence the voter who does not want to vote can press that button otherwise he has to vote one of the candidates irrespective of his choice  or he will not cast his vote.but if he does not cast his vote then it can be misused by somebody else.hence by providing "no vote" option he will be very sure that nobody can misuse his vote.

But if we provide this option then it can happen that majority of the people don't vote means they select "no vote" option. so in this situation the election may not have any role in electing the proper candidate but it will happen only when electoral candidates are not of voters interest.
There is one more suggesion  i want to give election commision to  have option for "negative vote" ,means a voter can vote against a candidate.
But the best solution out of these is to allow the candidate of voters interest.hence no voter would opt either for no vote or for negative vote if there is a candidate of his interest.

Would India's Rotation policy be beneficial

Team india's rotation policy is now becoming a big issue ,which rotates (give rest) top player and give chances to youngster.but why indian selector have chosen only top players to replace with youngsters why youngster can't be replaced among themselves.against team like "shrilanka"  ,"australia" ,the rotation policy would not help where we need the best playing eleven.if they have to replace then why they have been selected in squad.
Rotation policy in not up to wining matches but it is hurting spectators,tv channel operators, advertisement industries as well. for spectators who comes to see their favorite batsman sachin, sehwag, gambhir (as they are in squad) and finally at the time of toss the decision is taken that one of these players has to be left out.and advertisement industry puts lots of money keeping in mind these top batsmen would play match (as they are top player in the world) and finally one of them is not selected.
let us see what india will do in the coming matches...would it follow the rotation policy when the matches are important means teams are very strong and india has been loosing 7 consecutive test matches on the foreign soil against england and australia.

Go Green and Go Green and Go Green........

There are so many ways by which we can save energy if we want, through this article i want to give people some examples that where we can save energy though there are lots of example........

1 .Use of public transport, passengers buses means don't use personal vehicles as much as possible and this can be achieved when this facility is improved.  and walk instead of using bike or car wherever possible

2. market is flood with cars and two wheeler (motor bikes) so to discourage people from use of these , they should be charged more in parking and bicycles should not be charged at all

3. Internet and mobile is being used widely so we should use the concept e-X   i.e.  e-banking,e-invitation,e-ticket,e-commerce,e-mail which saves lots of paper and hence trees .recently, IRCTC  allowed the passengers to show snapshot of e-ticket either on laptop, palmtop, mobile that saves 3-lakh paper per day

4.Roof of big buildings and buses can be used for plantation

even not only for plantation buildings roof can also be used for installing solar energy equipment like solar heater, solar panel etc.

5. In big halls, cinemas etc. on electric board there should be one to one mapping between switch and appliance attached with that switch so people need not to switch on all switches when he needs only one button to switch on.

6.Recycling concept can lead  the things to last for long time.in country like india crores of population is living far bellow powerty line and they don't have clothes to wear so instead of throwing your clothes you can give to these people.and you can fulfill their dream that they are dreaming in their life.

it's not confined upto only clothes there are other things also those can be recycled.
these people strive for food through out their life so waste food that you have daily at your home ,you can give it to these people.
