Black Money Can do Magic for you

Govt decision to dig for Gold near ancient temple in UP will be futile since this hidden treasure was seen in dream by a shadhu. And we know that dreams are only dreams they can never be true unless they are realistic. Rather than digging into earth they should try to dig (or investigate) into swiss bank where
Many Indians have stashed their black money. The exact amount of money deposited in swiss bank by Indians is not known. But if we bring back this money
1.       Money will be deposited in indian banks which in turn will increase liquidity in indian market since banks will have more money hence they can reduce different loan rates.
2.       We might get some tax benefits (exemption or relaxation) since Govt will have ample amount of money with it.
3.       Indian govt’s debt will get reduced or will be zeroed.
4.       Govt. services can be availed at cheaper prices.
5.       Govt. Projects which are stalled due to lack of fund can be resumed.
6.       Enough availability of money with govt. might lead in reduction of different taxes like excise duty, VAT etc. which may in turn reduce Prices of essential commodities.

.
.
.
.
.
All these benefits can only be availed when we mandate Narendra Modi as PM who has been insisting the UPA govt to bring back this black money but instead of bringing back money they kept stashing money in swiss banks. Modi is committed to bring back this black money and surely it will bring cheer to millions of indian faces and can do magic.

Narendra Modi as PM

There is no comparison between Narendra modi and any other PM candidate. He is the best leader, preacher and realistic. UPA has been ruling india since independence but we have not seen any big improvement in india. Inflation is increasing many folds then the increase in salary/perk. Many more things need to be improved specially pricing of industry based products which are sold at very high rate whereas the farmer who is the back bone of our economy does not get the price as expected. These industry products get costlier because of many factors like advertisement cost, branding, infrastructural cost etc. Since the agricultural products do not involve such costs, it does not mean that they should be undervalued.

Narendra Modi

Some results about Modi’s States Gujrat, Nearly 100% of Gujarat's 18,000 villages have been claimed to have electricity connection for 24-hrs power through the Jyotigram Yojana. Which is not possible even in big cities but is possible in Villages of Gujrat? More over All the villages are connected with broad band connections whereas other states’ villages are deprived of basic amenities. In 2010, Forbes list of the world's fastest growing cities included Ahmedabad at number 3 after Chengdu and Chongqing from China. Gujarat records the highest decadal agricultural growth rate of 10.97%. It is one of India's most prosperous states, having a per-capita GDP significantly above India's average. There are endless achievements which Gujrat has witnessed in Narendra Modi’s Government. He has been elected as gujrat CM for third time in row and this time (Election 2013) also, he would have been CM if he was not PM candidate of BJP. But still BJP will retain the power in Gujrat.

So if you want that other states of india also get such achievement which is only possible when Narendra Modi is Elected as PM. Because being a Gujrat CM he cannot rule in other states for that he needs to be PM. And we have already been giving mandate to current ruling party for many years let us give chance to Narendra Modi. His results in Gujrat speak everything and he deserves for the post.

E-Voting is need of Hours

India has the largest number of young population. since this young generation is india's future
so we should respect decision of this young generation. today's young is multitalented and also understands the problems and their consequences equally well as our elders can. we see that the private organizations are giving more chance to youngester. and these organizations are performing well which means that the youngesters are performing well. but why it is not the case in our politics because it's dynastic politics(where the posts are inherited not earned).
Our constitution has given us right or power to elect candidate but are we able to use this power or are using at all. earlier we were not able to use this power in case when none of the candidates were of our choice. but now election commission has given us power via "NOTA" (none of the above) option.
Now the question is that whether we are using this power or not answer is "no". since most of them are living away from their home town for one or other reason since they are studying or searching for job or employed away from their home town. and hence they might not cast their vote as it is expected. if they want to cast their vote they need to travel to their home town putting thier daily work on halt i.e. job, study or job search etc. they give more preference to their personal work then casting vote but if we provide them some way which can avoid their this travel then it
will help. so the way is e-voting. Allow them to cast their vote using internet.

This e-voting will avoid long wait in queue for casting vote in turn it will increase voting %age apart from this it will increase the participation of right voters (who are not able to cast their vote due to busy life ) who understand the candidate and country's problem

Technology is boon or bane

With the invent of Mobile Technology,Internet etc. it has changed the human life. We can talk the person sitting thousands of kms away. not only we can talk rather we have enhanced it up to sharing knowledge with the people sitting geographically apart using different media like social networking sites, online forums etc. which was nightmare without use of technology.
Just like happiness comes with some sort of sorrow so the technology. if the technology is not used properly than it can be bane for us. for example mobile phone which reduces the distance between people sitting kms away.they can be reached within a fraction of seconds but the same mobile might hurt when it burst. more over same mobile can lead an accident when you are talking on phone while driving.
Technology helps you be in touch but on the other side it reduces your chance of meeting face to face since you have already been in touch. and even if you meet there might not be so much interest, attachment which would have been if you were not in touch.

Women empowerment

Women empowerment refers increasing social, economic, spiritual, political strength of women. if women are not getting their rights or power just because they are women then it's wrong. every body should have equal rights. gender based disparity is seen in the trend of continuously declining gender ratio. one side a person does not want to have girl child whereas on the other side we hear so many rape cases almost every day which is the result of declining gender ratio.
According to census 2011, 48.37% of the indian population is female. out of these, only very few percentage is seen in colleges specially in IITs and IIMs, companies, organizations etc. why this percentage is very low. because women do not have their rights, power, freedom. for example

1) In Colleges,Hostels girls are not allowed to go out and come in after stipulated time (8pm,9pm...).

2)No night shift in most of the companies or organisations even if they wish

3)A girl over boy is deprived from getting education in most rural areas thinking that after marriage a girl will not give money advantage to her parents whereas boy will (once he or she starts earning).

gender disparity
women rights are limited

Majority of rural female population is deprived from their rights or power. unless you allow them to do something how they will learn or get experience.
It is said that "people learn from experience"

it should be "Male people learn from experience" because women do not get chance to get experience.

if such restrictions were there almost half % of population of our country would be working in limited scope.and hence they will hardly add any thing to our country's economic growth.

Can Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) retain their Tag?

changing entrance exam patterns and rules every time does not ensure quality students rather better quality education should be imparted. rules changed frequently needs proper implementation and time to be effective and start producing results.this frequent change in results might deteriorate the quality of students.

there have been so many big changes in IITs:

1. IIT mains(subjective) replaced with objective exam in year 2006

2. in year 2007-2008, a student can attempt IIT entrance maximum twice one attempt during 12th and second attempt next subsequent year only after 12th.

3. introducing 28% OBC reservations in IITs as well in year 2007 around.

4. IITs entrance replaced by two tier  exam again in 2012 and giving 40% weightage to 12th.

and now in 2013

5. special preparatory session for reserved category students (SC/ST) to fill reserved seats in IITs. to know more click here

all these big changes have been made in a span of 7 years(approx.) .there are so many other changes also. now the question is
  • what is need of so many changes?
  • do rule maker IITs deserve to make rules, why they can not make strong decision at once?
  • making changes so frequently, might lead in making loose rules which may in turn send low quality students in IITs.

the concerning committee making rules and all should understand that

"IIT is not mass producer rather it's quality producer"

if IITs are quality producer then why they  fill seat via providing extra training to those who could not clear cut off. either seats should be kept vacant or should be filled by other deserving candidates.

we see that IITs are slipping in world ranking and asian ranking year on year. then why such low quality students are allowed to enter. if such rules are not stopped then those days are not far away that an IITian will also be unemployed just like other engineering students.

narayan murthy has told once : "engineering students(in state level colleges and universities) are not capable to work in IT companies  without proper training"

In coming future we might hear words that NITians are not capable and then IITian.

Water Recycling

Recycling water means purifying used water and reuse it wherever possible,do not let it waste rather purify used water and use it for certain purposes like cleaning platform, floor, sprinkling water in garden and plant, for construction and many more.water used at one stage can always be used at other stage which requires less purified form of water.
for example washbasin water  can be used to clean toilets, can be given to plants etc.,water used in washing clothes can be reclaimed to clean floors and platforms or can be used for irrigation.

water after purification can be more purified than what you get in supply from municipal corporation.more over if we reclaim this water then we can see our rivers and nullah more clean since this water will no more flow into the rivers.and this will reduce dependency on supplied water
municipal corporation supplies water to you and you discharge the waste water into nullah or river and again municipal corporation purifies this discharged water and supplies you back.so it's better
where can we use recycled water

"do not discharge wastewater into surface water  like river, ponds etc. rather recycle it reuse".

but you will get recycled water at the cost of recycling.still,it will be less costly than what you get in supply because the supplied water adds cost of  "purification and supply".and if you recycle it at your own then it simply avoids supply cost.

IPL 2013 scandal: another IPL scandal let down its fans

Recent involvement of Sreesanth, chandila and chavan trio of rajasthan Team has let down its fans when they were caught for spot fixing.now IPL is more about business instead of cricket.players are more interested in earning money rather than playing their game through IPL.guilty people should be punished and even should be sent to jail,so that no other player or bookies try to commit the same.supporting fan which is watching match hoping that their team will win the match but they loose.then they blame that this player and that player did not perform well but the truth is something else.it disappoints the team fans and other people, the moment when truth is known that "match was fixed or certain over was fixed".
sreesanth is in action during IPL match
rajasthan royals trio

if involvement of players in fixing is not stopped, then the event which is known as "world class event"  will be known as "worst class event".people would no more find it interesting to watch such event if  such fixings are done.cricket governing body BCCI and ICC are sleeping now they must have been awaken by this scandal.

The main clashes yet to start: IPL 2013 Knock out

Knock outs are about to start and there has not been much interest yet in tournament.not so much changes were seen in point tally except few RCB replaced by CSK.RCB remained at top position in point tally for around 7-8 matches and it was seemed that RCB is for sure is entered in knock out.but now the story is different,RCB is even struggling for getting in knock outs.
on the other side last three teams(Punjab,Delhi,Pune) in point tally are so sticked to their positions as if these positions are looking top positions for them.teams like Delhi and Pune have not tasted much wins they won 3 and 2 matches respectively.these teams could have made tournament more interesting by replacing any top four teams some where middle in the tournament but they are sticked to their position.

The question to be asked from these team captains and coaches is why they are not performing as it was expected.before the tournament kicked off ,Delhi was looking a good team as they have strong batting and bowling department.but why delhi's devils are not performing.
two teams(CSK,RR) have already booked their birth in knock out.and third is almost fixed for MI,now main fight is for fourth position.for which Hyderabad and Bangalore are in fight.
To make a tournament a grand success it's only knock outs and final matches.in league matches you had enough chances to get back in tournament but in knock out it's "DO OR DIE".so let us see who all make to knock outs and get into final.finally i want a good contest,an interesting tournament.

Spat Between Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir was not planned

People are saying that verbal brawl and spat between kohli and gambhir was planned and meant to increase TRP but i don't think so if they had to do then they should have done in the end of match.why they put their match on stack and did this in between the match, which lead in distraction from the game and rather focus on spat.it's very much clear from the way kohli and gambhir become aggressive, that it was not planned.

Television TRP has nothing to do with this brawl between gambhir and kohli.why they will put their match and match fees on stack.and due to this brawl, they might be banned for some matches.
But people will be amazed at seeing how gambhir and kohli greet each other when the game ended.it seems like nothing has happened between them.
